How to sell your land, 3 easy steps:

What is the process to sell land to YourLandSearch once I accept your offer?

1) We will email you (or send it via snail mail) the closing packet (the deed and purchase agreement and the return mailing label) that you will print out.

2) The deed will need to be signed in front of a notary (your bank typically has a notary on staff or at a UPS store)

3) Mail the signed deed and purchase agreement back to us using the mailing label - 11844 Bandera Rd. #3017 Helotes, TX 78023

Once we receive the package, we will mail you a check immediately for the final price or funds can be transferred via Paypal or another online service if you prefer.

How to buy one of our properties, 3 easy options:

Closing is quick and easy. Here are the Closing Options Available:

1. You can use a title company of your choice and all closing costs are covered by you. (This is the safest way to close and also the most expensive. Usually, it costs about $1200 to close with a title company.)

2. You can close in-house with me and there will be no fees to you. Once payment is received, I will provide you with a special warranty deed that conveys the property from me to you. I will also provide instructions on filing the deed in the county where the property sits. (Filing deed with county costs $30)

3. You can use a third-party courier who will arrange to meet you and exchange deed for cashier’s check. The fee for this service is $120 (which I collect upfront). Once I book a courier, it typically will take 2-3 days for them to receive the deed and at that time, they will contact you to arrange a day/time to meet. You will bring a cashier’s check made out to me and they will have the deed along with instructions on filing with the county.
